Tommy Durrenberger: while you're in great Britain, confident, that's!! If the vehicle is on finance, that's honestly owned via the finance organisation, until eventually the debt is honestly paid off. consequently, it won't manage to be legally offered until eventually the finance is cleared. The regulation may be different interior the united statesA., yet that's Y!A U.ok. and eire, inspite of each and every thing...
Carolynn Testani: after its fully paid
Wilbur Marksberry: WWWWAAAAAAIIIIIITTTTT!! Are you kidding? DO NOT hand over the pink until the last check has CLEARED the bank.
Adam Momaya: What would you do if you gave them the title after one payment, then never heard from them again, or what if they wrecked the car or it broke down, how would you get the rest of your money? George
Lu Snide: Look at http://www.CarrosenLinea.Net or http://www.Marrone.com
Ileen Oshell: That's a NO,NO. I have done this! before and was stupid, But the reason i did it was i knew the car was sold. After getting one payment i had to chase him down for months to get the rest, and on top of that, lost a friend at the same time. - Before the deal is done just write out a little letter saying that the car is sold as is and the seller has checked it out and it is paid for in full no guarantees. If you don't you have about a 75% chance this guy will come back and say this and that is broke and not working and then you have a mess. you can't believe how fast people change when it comes them finding something wrong, So try to tell everything you can think of that might be wrong before him taking the car. -- I know it might make you feel stupid to have him sign his name but just be casual about it and say that you need him to sign this just so both of us are satisfied and happy with deal. I have wrote up the same thing just on a old piece paper on the spot and most said,,, thats a good idea. BUT DO ! NOT LET IT GO BEFORE IT IS PAID FOR AND TRANSFERED. Hopes this! helps you out and good luck!...Show more
