Johnny Sirko: I lost a lot of weight by just running on my treadmill and drinking a lot of water. I also watched what I ate. Sounds simple but its kinda hard to become disciplined. This is better than a crash diet because if you do it slowly if you ever stop working out you still keep the weight off.
