Erica Bottaro: Yes.http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/02/08021...There are lots of write-ups on the internet about it. Just google it. something like "diet soda weight gain" or "artificial sweeteners cause weight gain". Hope i helped.
Lynn Mctier: I've tried out every diet under the sun but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I know they say that pills will not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial on right now at http://cigihais.carys.org , why not check it out, how worse could it make things?
Efren Clankscales: no!the only diet drinks are water, and green tea.
Cliff Tyre: it is the real thing just without sugar.
Arlen Decorte: stay away from any "diet" drinks, but also stay away from the sugary equivalents. mineral water - sparkling, is a great alternative - i have it with a squeeze of lime juice, its great. plus ordinary water, or fresh juices from a juice ba! r, but don't overdo it on these as they can give you a sugar spike.
Tatiana Evanosky: they dint have sugar which is good but then they have heaps of artificial things in them to make them taste similar to the sugar packed equivilant. these atrificial things are terrible for you and some of them haven linked to cancer amongst other things. google about an ingriedient being removed from diet coke in the uk. its still used indiet coke in many other parts of the world despite its health risk
