What is the cheapest cell phone plan not prepaid.?

You can get unlimited talk, text and web with 30 service days for $45 with Straight Talk prepaid. Or you can get unlimited talk, text and web with 30 service days for $50 with Net10 prepaid. My husband, my son and myself all use prepaid cell phones.
