Corey Rohleder: You can't.......why should they trust you......do you have something to hide.......
Walter Scordino: As far as I know, you can't.Credit card and credit check are practically synonymous these days. The idea is before extending you credit they use a credit check to determine your reliability and capability to repay the loan. If you have a low score your considered at risk for not paying the loan back. That doesn't mean they won't give you credit -- they might but if you have a low score you might have a high interest rate and a low credit limit. Credit card companies like people with crappy scores -- that means they can potentially charge you tons in over limit fees and late fees because your at risk and likely to be irresponsible with repaying the loan.So they will do a check, but they might still give you credit even if your score is bad. You just won't get the best policy terms if your considered at risk....Show more

Shane Getler: If you have poor or no credit history and want to have a credit card, the best option would be applying for a secured credit card. Secured credit cards work just like an ordinary card, but secured by a deposit account owned by the cardholder.Secured credit card holders are expected to make the regular payments agreed upon, just as you would do with regular credit cards. However, if the card holder defaults on a payment, the credit card issuer can recover the cost of the credit card holderâs purchases by taking money from the deposit. When you are using secured credit card it is best that you pay on time and avoid having the credit card issuer to take money from your deposit. This is because credit card issuers will often upgrade your secured credit card to regular credit card after a few months of making payments on time....Show more
