Robin Weelborg: Of course, a real estate agent is possible to get fired . If the agent work under a real estate company that fails to follow company's policy and federal laws. Also, if the agent is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtor) and failed to follow the rules or legislation promulgated by the association.

If he has broken any laws of sufficient gravity then he might be discipline by the state real estate department or commission of the state in which he practice real estate. He might also be forced to resign from any and all trade groups of which he is a member.I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck."FIGHT ON"...Show more
Delmy Varano: WOW, seems to me that you could contact the agent's broker (his boss). I would think they would glad! ly let you out of the written agreement. If that does not work, contact your local real estate board office, or state commission...What state are you in ? I might can help. What company is this guy licensed with ? Oh, and just for the record, Dual Agency works just fine if you have the "RIGHT" agent! I'm with Re/Max and can't imagine not letting someone out of an agreement if they wanted out. Why did you lose your deposit ? Under normal circumstances, if the offer you wrote was contingent on the home inspection, and that didn't pass, you should be entitled to your deposit back !...Show more

Fritz Hawkey: Investing in and managing real estate could be quite tricky since house prices have been flutuating at will. I found a great resource to do just this from someone that beat the recession slump of house prices.
Kenneth Blacker: I thought that a real estate agent ! is sort of an entrepreneur, and that most people who leave is ! because they are unable to make a sale and not have a regular income. So they leave according to their own free will. That being said, does the real estate company fire them because they are unable to meet a quota? Or do people leave according to their free will because they failed as a real estate agent?...Show more
